Hannibal Rising -- A

Not sure how much I remember of this but I will give it a shot. Unknow guy plays Hannibal. Starts with Hannibal as a kid and basically follows him to help you understand why he is like he is. I think I thought it was OK. I remember some people in the reviews on Netflix hated the actor but cut the guy some slack. Having to follow up Sir Anthony Hopkins as a character that everyone loved to hate. I think I thought it was a little slow in some spots. Because I can't really remember I will middle of the raod with 2.5 cannibals out of 5.

Apocolypto --- A

Excellent film. Graphic, very graphic at times and had to turn away. No one famous! Subtitles were easy. Really got into the charcters and their struggle and fight. Was not sure I wanted to see this or not becasue of hype. So glad I did though. 5 poison darts out of 5!!!!

Bobby --- A

Thought this might be about Bobby Kennedy but I was wrong. Not even going to get into who was in this, name it and they were in it. It was actually about several characters and following them up until the point Bobby gets shot. The characters didn't pull me in all that much, the real footage of Bobby Kennedy did. The acting was good. Was not intrigued with the plot, it was an OK movie I thought. Lindsy Lohan was in it so that REALLY hurt. 2.5 Vietnam protests out of 5.

Breach ---- A

Ryan Phillipee (?), Chris Cooper and Laura Linney. Based on a true story. CIA goes after one of their own they think/know is spying. So a little confused. They take a guy, not even an agent yet, lobbying to be one, and have him work with and document everything this bad ageant is doing??? Really, there wasn't one experienced person there that could have managed this assignment? It was good, not great but not bad. It wasn't long either so that was a bonus. 2.5 rubels out of 5

Pursuit of Happyness -- A

GREAT feel good, family friendly, based on a true story movie. Will Smith'ss little boy in real life plays his son in the movie and the kid is fantastic! Story of the down and out man and how to make good of his situation. I am a sucker for based on a true story movie and this one met every expectation. Please rent this. 5 bone demsity machines out of 5.
